Just returned from vacation out of the country. So sorry to hear of Mr Bullinger's passing. He was such a happy man. That is how I will remember him.Our prayers are with him and his family.

Thanks for the memories and the smiles, Fred.  A sign of a life well-lived, you left a lot of good friends behind. Compliments on that genuine faculty for names and stories,..even ccasionally accurate! We'll see you again in the original Skybox Suite, with the real Saints! I only heard the news today. I was very sadened to hear of Fred's passing.  I had many conservations with him through Entergy.  My dad and father-in-law were both past presidents of the Traffic Club.  He was a great director for the port in Manchac.

Dear Miss Amanda and family,  So sorry to hear of your loss.  My Dad (Charlie) worked with Mr. Freddie at the ICRR railroad until his passing in 1975.  My Dad always spoke very highly of him.  I still remember the time in Nov. 1970 when you, Mr. Freddie, my Dad, sister, and I (along with a whole train of LSU fans) traveled to West Bend, Indiana to see LSU and Notre Dame play.  It's small memories like this that help keep us going.  My prayers and thoughts are with you and your family.

To the  Bullinger  Family:  I am  sorry  for  your loss. Mr Bullinger  was  a  kind  gentleman. Enjoyed  him  umpiring  while  I  was  enjoying  the  softball days.  Was  good  to  speak   to  a while  back  at  Sam's Club  with  Tina. I have been  fortunate  to  have  known Fred, Matt and Tina thoughout the  years and with  the other two  sisters, Mr  Bullinger and  Mrs  Bullinger  gave this  world people  they  should  be  proud  of.  This  is  about  celebration of  a life not  to  mourn  a  death. I  lost my father at  20  and  it  was difficult  trying to  find  each  and  every  morsel  of  wisdom that  that I could  remember him  giving  me.  Mr  Bullinger was instrumental in  giving  wisdom to  all of   you  and  you are all better people   because  of  it.  I am unable to attend  the  services  but  my  prayers are  with  you  and  especially  Mrs  Bullinger.  Take  care.

Freddie and I were classmates Jesuit '49 and teammates for the IVY S. Smith Legion baseball team.  We played often in the Sacred Heart schoolyard.  He was instrumental in keeping the Jesuit '49 alumni alive by sharing info on classmates. his prayer list and by keeping the pot stirred with his great spirit and love of that class.  He was a true friend to me and to many and will sorely be missed.  You are all in my prayers.

Amanda, will never forget the respectful way Fred treated me when I was transferred to New Orleans for one great year.  He knew everyone in the foreign trade business and was a very valuable asset to the Illinois Central Railroad.
