Gerald "Pardner" Ervin Roberts

He is survived by his devoted wife Amy Davis Roberts of 59 years.

Loving father of Annette Roberts Muller (Keith). Proud grandfather of Kyle Muller (Celeste) , Jarrod Muller (Brittney) and great grandfather of Caroline Grace Muller. Son of the late Rosa Kindred Roberts and Sam Roberts. Brother of the late Sidney Roberts and Ella Mae Roberts Wood. He is also survived by numerous admiring nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Age 85, a native of Broaddus, TX and a resident of LaPlace, LA.

Gerald “Pardner” served his country in the United States Navy and retired from Dupont where he served as a supervisor for 30 years.

“Pardner” enjoyed all God’s creations by traveling to National Parks, camping, training bird dogs, riding horses, fishing, hunting and gardening. A lifelong member of the First Baptist Church in LaPlace for 49 years.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive, Metairie, LA on Friday, October 19, 2012 at 1:00 pm. Visitation from 11:00 am until funeral time. Interment will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
