Jerilyn Russo Moore

Jerilyn Russo Moore, age 75, of Kenner, Louisiana passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side on Sunday, April 16, 2023. Jerilyn was born in New Orleans to the late Emmit Russo and Delores Arruebarrena Russo. She is preceded in death by her sister, Diane R. Ladner, and a brother Robert "Bobby" Russo. She is survived by her husband, Melvin L. Moore, Sr., children, Melvin L. Moore, Jr., and Marilyn Joly, grandchildren, Christen Stuart, Codie Moore, Britni Clark, great-grandchild, Kane Clark, and a brother, David Russo (Debbie), along with numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was a devout Catholic who was a parishioner at several churches in the area. Jerilyn worked for over 30 years for the New Orleans Glass Company, where she considered many of her co-workers family. She will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved her.
