My most sincere condolences to Ronnie's family. I just learned tonight of his passing while online as I was trying to locate him for a big job at my home. I knew Ronnie as "my plumber" from many jobs that he did for me on several rental properties in Metairie, Kenner, and Jefferson during the 1980s and 90's. I would meet Ronnie out on jobs usually once a month or more. Ronnie always showed up on the morning jobs with his giant cup of coffee, a big hello, and a wonderful attitude. Ronnie was always respectful and friendly to everyone he met. I always looked forward to seeing Ronnie, because his upbeat attitude and great personality just made a bad day good. I still remember the job where he removed all of the old pipe from my attic and replaced it with new pipe. This was a big job! To this day I do not know how Ronnie managed to get to those very tight spots in my attic and finish this entire job all by himself! I can not imagine how many other customers that Ronnie must have had who were also impressed with Ronnie as I was. Ronnie was an expert at his trade, but more importantly, Ronnie was such genuine nice guy. I have no doubt that Ronnie is a saved soul who will be there to hopefully greet us one day. God bless Ronnie and his family. He will be missed.
