Margaret “Faye” Smith Guillot passed away peacefully on Sunday morning, July 19, 2015. She was 72 years old. Loving mother of Lisa Bivalacqua, Lori Mulkey (Shelton), and Lynn Horne (Gregg). Grandmother of Lynn Mapp Jr., Nicole Bivalacqua, Shelton Mulkey IV, Katelyn Mulkey, Casandra Mulkey, Gregg Horne Jr., Mark Horne, Stephen Horne, and Ashley Horne. Great-grandmother of 5. Sister of Jane Smith, Alice Robison, and the late Elmer C. Smith, Elizabeth Allen, Bobby Smith, Carol Smith, and Robert Earl Smith. Daughter of Elmer and Mattie Eaves Smith. Faye was a native of Meridian, Mississippi, and resident of Metairie for the majority of her life. She will be dearly missed by her loving family and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation from LEITZ-EAGAN Metairie, 4747 Veterans Memorial Boulevard, on Friday, July 24, 2015 from 11:00 until 12:30.
