Mary Rose Molinario DeCorte, age 86, passed away on Thursday, February 19, 2015. She was a native and lifelong resident of New Orleans. Beloved wife of the late John Cheve DeCorte for 55 years. Mother of Dr. Raymond DeCorte and his wife Susan, David DeCorte and his wife Celeste, and the late Paula Mary DeCorte. Grandmother of Rachel DeCorte McCloskey and her husband Mitch, Emily, Cecilia, Sophia, Benjamin, and Joseph DeCorte, Great-grandmother of Hannah Claire McCloskey. Preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence Molinario and Louise St. Martin Molinario, and by six of her seven siblings. She was a retired night audit clerk for the Marriott Corporation. Relatives and friends are invited to attend visitation at Our Lady of the Rosary Church on Esplanade Ave. in New Orleans, LA, on Tuesday, February 24, 2015, beginning at 9:00 AM with a Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM.
