Michael David Hart died Monday, September 12, 2016 at his home at the age of 61. Michael was born in Bethesda, Maryland and lived in Metairie for the last 60 years. He graduated from Brother Martin High School in 1973. He loved woodworking, fishing and raising cockatiels for local pet shops. He is survived by his wife of 10 years, Anita Marquette Hart; father Donald J. Hart: sister Diane Hart Nagel (Ronnie) brother Daniel J. Hart (Monique). He was preceded in death by his mother Carol Grimader Hart. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and a great nephew. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the memorial gathering at Celebration Church, 2001 Airline Drive in Metairie, LA on Monday morning, September 19, 2016 beginning at 9:00 AM with a memorial service to follow at 11:00 AM.
