Mindy Jean Maxwell, age 65, passed away on Friday, May 28, 2021. Beloved wife of Gary Michael Kissee (lovingly known as Kissee). Daughter of the late William Joseph Schmid and Myrtle Rena Schmid. Also survived by her sister, niece, great niece and her best friends Brenda and Linda. Mindy worked at Crazy Johnnie’s Steak House for 20 years and Mama’s Place “Mindy Monday” for 18 years. She was loved by all who knew her and will be greatly missed. There will be a celebration of Mindy’s life at Mo’s Chalet, 3201 Houma Blvd, Metairie, LA 70006 on Tuesday, June 8, 2021 from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM.
