Nicholas Dendinger

Nicholas Gustave Dendinger went on to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 17, 2014 at the age of 72. He was born on July 31, 1941 in New Orleans to the late Nolan Dendinger Sr. and the late Annie Degruy. He was the dedicated father of three children, Troy Anthony Dendinger (Deanne), Kristine Dendinger Taylor (Wayne) and Nicole Dendinger Whitaker (Chad). Dedicated grandfather to Haley Nicole Taylor, Tailor Troy Dendinger, Gavin Anthony Whitaker, and Grant Nicholas Whitaker. Brother to Yvonne Freitag and the late Nolan Dendinger, Jr.

Nicholas was a retired employee of the Jefferson Parish Drainage Dept. He was a fun loving, generous and joy-filled person who loved to laugh and cherished his family more than anything. Having raised his 3 children, he knew what it was to sacrifice and to serve his entire life. May he rest in peace. Please join us in honoring him.
