Nicole Kiersten Cull was called to enter heaven on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at the young age of 32. She was the beloved daughter of Nancy Cull and the late Roger Cull, Jr., and sister to Katie Konecki (Matt) and Matthew Cull (Chloe). She was the adored Aunt Nikki to Vince, Dominic, Joey, Tyler, Zach, Louie, and Jesse. She is also survived by her boyfriend of 8 years, Geoffrey Weiss. She will be dearly missed by her family and many friends.
Nikki was born in Naperville, IL and grew up in North Aurora, IL. When she was 12, she had that honor of holding the title of Pre-Teen Illinois and competed in pageants across the USA. She also held national speech titles in Illinois and Louisiana. Nikki performed with the Happiness Club in Chicago for many years spreading the word for teens not to smoke, drink, or do drugs and to always treat others with compassion. As a freshman, Nikki moved to Dixon, IL. While at Dixon High School, she played percussion in the school band and performed on the dance team. Following her high school graduation, Nikki moved with her parents to New Orleans, LA where she attended the University of New Orleans and graduated with a degree in music.
Her dream was to spread her love for music by teaching guitar and singing lessons to children. Nikki had a heart of gold and treated everyone she met with kindness and acceptance. She also had an immeasurable love for animals, which she showed by working with horses, taking care of dogs, and filling her home with four cats and a German Shepherd named Mia.
Nikki spent most of her life singing, writing music, playing the guitar, acting, and performing on stages big and small throughout Illinois and New Orleans. In her short lifetime, she spread so much happiness with her musical talents and will always be remembered for her beautiful voice and her thoughtful soul.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial service for Nikki in June of 2024 hosted in Naperville, IL. Specific details about the event will be shared in the upcoming weeks.
