Died in peace at age of 72 on December 31, 2012 at his home in Destrehan, LA. Survived by brother, Harry Smith and sister in-law Ellen Smith. Preceded in death by parents James Henry Smith and Anna Warren Smith, and five brothers, Jimmy, Billy, Clay, Sony, Buddy. Services to be held at Leitz-Eagan 4747 Veterans Blvd. Metairie, LA on Tuesday January 8, 2013 at 5:00 pm. Open to family and friends
