Mother-in-law of Candy M. Fitch.

Devoted grandmother of Patrick J. Fitch and Julie M. Fitch.

Sister of the late Bessie M. Falgout, John M. Fabre Jr., Roy Fabre, Mary Ann Babin, Dorothy Scurich and Joseph “Will” Fabre.

Daughter of the late Lelia Granier and John “Mac” Fabre Sr.

Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Mrs. Fitch was a very faithful Catholic, an active member of various Senior Citizen Organizations and will be loved and missed by all who knew her.

Aged 85 years, a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, former resident of Arabi, Louisiana and a resident of Metairie, Louisiana for the past 20 years.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass from Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home Chapel 4747 Veterans Blvd. Metairie, on Friday April 13, 2012 at 1:00 p.m.

Interment in St. Roch Cemetery #2.

Friends may visit from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
