Daughter of the late Jean Beck and Patrick O. Thompson.
Sister of Patrick W. Thompson, Keith M. Thompson and the late, Kenny Beck.
Also survived by her special lifelong close friends, Susan Addington and Grace Serpas Bolotte, nieces, nephews other relatives and many friends.
Mrs. Rome was former owner and operator of Acadian Creole Tours and will always be loved and remembered by all who knew her.
Aged 63 years, a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, former resident of Chalmette, Louisiana and a recent resident of Kenner, Louisiana.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass from Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home Chapel 4747 Veterans Blvd. Metairie, Louisiana on Saturday August 10, 2013 at 1:00 p.m.
Interment in Westlawn Cemetery.
