Shirley Mae Morford Roché passed away peacefully on Wednesday morning, November 26, 2014. She was 89 years old. Beloved wife of the late Frank Joseph Roché. Loving mother of Patricia Roché Chopin (Rene), Thomas J. Roché (Dianne), Ted A. Roché (Margaret), Michael J. Roché (Vicki), and Joseph J. Roché (Cheryl). Grandmother of Rene, Michael, Christopher, Tammy, Vicki, Angel, Tracey, Brandy, Michelle, Marja, and Paul. Great-grandmother of 29. Sister of the late Earl Morford, Leslie Morford, Roy Morford, and Melda Melancon. Daughter of the late James A. and Mary Hebert Morford. She was a native and lifelong resident of the New Orleans area, and devoted her life to caring for her loving family. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial from LEITZ-EAGAN Metairie, 4747 Veterans Memorial Boulevard, on Monday morning, December 1, 2014 at 11:00.
