Thomas Forstall Eberle

Thomas Forstall Eberle passed away at the age of 70 on Thursday, November 2, 2017. He is survived by his wife, Nancy Eberle; two sons, Jeffrey Eberle and wife Kelli, and Benjamin Eberle and wife Susan; two grandchildren, Julian Lily and Deacon Emile; and his sister, Kathryn Eberle Wildgen. Tommy was preceded in death by his parents, Marjorie Forstall and Gerald Joseph Eberle; and his brother, Michael Gerald Eberle. He was a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, and a Destrehan, Louisiana resident for the past 34 years.

Tommy recently retired from Entergy as an electrical engineer. He was known for his love of music, travel, and tennis. Tommy also enjoyed the outdoors, liked hiking, and was a supporter of the National Park System. Community involvement was also important to Tommy. He was an active volunteer in the community and with Second Harvest Food Bank. He was devoted to his large extended family and will be missed by his many close friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to the Funeral Mass at St. Charles Borromeo, 13396 River Road, Destrehan, Louisiana on Tuesday, November 7th.
