W. Jack Collins

in death by his loving wife Florence L Collins, born March 18, 1928 in

New Orleans, passed away peacefully on October 28 surrounded by his

family. Son of the late Lawrence and Irene Collins; brother of Newman

Collins, preceded in death by his brothers Lawrence Collins, Edward J

Collins, and his sister, Marie Davis. Loving father of Deborah (James

Calhoun) Collins Barbara McConnell, Terri (Bobby) Weintritt, Patti

Fussell, Craig (Theresa) Collins, Kelly (John) Tessitore, Nancy

Guilbeau, and David (Sue) Wiltz. Beloved grandfather of Jack, Jamie,

Meghan, Mickey, Blair,Alex, Brett, Blake, Taylor, Josh, Yvette, Caleb,

Christian, and Emily and great-grandfather of Grant. Also survived by

a host of nieces and nephews and devoted friends. Visitation will be

held at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Memorial Blvd on Tuesday,

October 30, 2012 from 5:00pm until 9:00pm. Visitation will be held at

the church, on Wednesday, October 31, 2012 from 10:00am until the service

time at 11:00am at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 1908 Short St, Kenner . For
