William E. King Jr.

Bill was born in New Orleans, Louisiana to William E. King Sr and Mary Milone, and lived most of his life in New Orleans. He had a long career as a truck driver for Matlack, Inc and won numerous safety awards during that tenure.

He was predeceased by his wife Lynn G. King, his parents, and his brother Henry E. King.

Bill is survived by his daughter Kathleen Willmott, and son William E. King III; his grandsons Brandon Willmott (Brittany), William E. King IV (Sarah), and Christopher King (KateLynn), as well as great-grandchildren Landon King, Austin King, Liam King, Claire Willmott, Emma Willmott and Noah Willmott.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation and funeral mass at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home on Monday December 30, 2024. Visitation will be held beginning at 11:00 am with Mass being celebrated in the chapel at 1:00 pm. Interment will be at Garden of Memories.
