Adelaida is survived by daughter Maritza Mirabal Michaud, son-in law Patrick Michaud, granddaughter Vanessa Michaud, sister Aleida Sola and many loving nieces and nephews.
Adelaida was preceded in death by her husband Gaspar Alfredo Mirabal. She came to Miami from Cuba in 1966 together with her husband and daughter. Adelaida shared 46 beautiful years of marriage with Gaspar. They both enjoyed traveling with their family, especially their annual trips to the beach.
Adelaida and her husband worked very hard throughout the years. They owned three different restaurants, where the patrons at the restaurant remembered her as always welcoming and going the extra mile. That same passion for serving others was extended to St. John Bosco Catholic Church, where on Sundays her and her husband prepared meals for church fundraising efforts. They later became members of St. Brendan Catholic Church, where Adelaida joined the prayer group El Apostolado de la Oracion.
Her family knew her as a very loving and giving person.
Masks are required in order to attend all services.
A visitation for Adelaida will be held Tuesday, March 30, 2021 from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM at Caballero Rivero Westchester, 8200 Bird Road Miami, FL 33155. A Funeral mass will occur at 11:30 am Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at St. Agatha Catholic Church ,1111 SW 107th Ave, Miami, FL 33174. An Interment will occur Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at 1:00 pm at Our Lady Of Mercy Catholic Cemetery, 11411 NW 25th ST, Doral, FL 33172
