America Gonzalez

America Gonzalez, 95 daughter of Pedro Velez and Adela Gonzalez-Velez was born on January 6, 1917 in Jajuja, Puerto Rico. She married Martin Gonzalez and relocated to Manhattan, New York in the 1930's. She is survived by her sons Cesar Gonzalez and Martin Gonzalez, Jr.; her daughter Hedy A. Alvarez, her grandchildren Anthony Gonzalez, Tina Marie Fierro, Dawn Marie Gonzalez, HeddyAnne Gonzalez, and Veronica Alvarez; and her four great-grandchildren. Her visitation will take place on Monday, September 10th 2012 at 6:00 p.m. at Funeraria Memorial Plan Westchester located at 9800 S.W. 24th Street, Miami, FL. 33165. The funeral procession will depart the funeral home on Tuesday, September 11th 2012 at 12:15 p.m. toward Dade Memorial Park in Opa Locka, FL. The family of Mrs. Gonzalez appreciate the expressions of condolences received.
