

Coralia de Leon - maiden name Fabricio Amaya, a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on September 8, 2024, just three days after her 90th birthday. Born on September 5, 1934, in Havana, Cuba, Coralia lived a life filled with love, service, and devotion to her family.
Coralia married Ricardo de Leon on November 5, 1955, and they shared a beautiful union until his passing on June 7, 2007. Their love story spanned over five decades, during which they built a strong and loving family.
She is survived by her two daughters, Reina de Leon and Lynda Tasler (married to Wayne Tasler). Coralia was a proud grandmother to four grandchildren: Adrian (married to Marjorie), Thomas, Lucas, and Lily. She was also blessed with two great-grandchildren, Ariana and Noah, who brought immense joy to her later years.
Coralia came from a large family, being one of eight children. She is survived by two of her sisters, Jorgelina Gonzales Funes (married to Ricardo) and Marta Garcia.
Coralia found her greatest happiness in serving others. Her selfless nature and caring spirit touched the lives of many, leaving an indelible mark on all who knew her. She will be remembered for her kindness, generosity, and the love she shared with her family and community.
Coralia's passing leaves a void in the hearts of her family and friends. Her legacy of love, service, and devotion will continue to inspire those she left behind. She will be tremendously missed and forever cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
The family will receive friends on Monday, September 16, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Caballero Rivero Westchester, 8200 SW 40th Street, Miami, FL 33155.
Following the visitation, the graveside service will occur at 2:30 PM at Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery, 11411 NW 25th St, Doral, FL 33172.
