I lost my twin sister and with her I lost a part of myself. From the moment we came into this world together our lives were intertwined in a way only twins can understand. She was my first friend, my constant and my best friend. She loved her family and brought her own light into every space she entered.
With deep love and sorrow, we announce the passing of Debra L. Catti, 66 years old of Miami, Florida. She passed away on December 25, 2025. She was born on April 27, 1959 at Children’s Hospital. Mom and Dad were John Catti and Marge Catti.
She is survived by her twin sister Vicki Bishop (husband Robert Bishop and son Chad Bishop, wife – Ivey Bishop). Her other nieces and nephews include: Nicole Paramore, Greg Foster (wife Erin), Michael Foster (wife Christine), Chris Foster, and Monica Olivastri, husband Josh. She also had a sister (Teri Foster) who has since passed.
She was a paralegal at the Law Firm of Pena, Garcia and Deitz. She was soo passionate about her work, her work ethic was unbelievable. She grew up in Miami, Florida then 2 years ago moved to Tallahassee to be near her twin sister Vicki. They were inseparable.
She loved doing things for other people, especially all of her nieces and nephews. She never had children of her own, but treated her nieces and nephews as if they were her own. She will be greatly missed.
Her memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 3, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. Caballero Rivero Woodlawn South, 11655 SW 117 Ave., Miami, Florida. Celebration of Life to follow.
I will remember Debbie forever. She was my soulmate, travel partner and movie parter. From the very beginning we shared a bond that words can hardly describe. Debbie was known for her kindness, humor and generosity. She brought light into the lives of many and always forgave and gave people the benefit of the doubt.
You will be missed my lovely sister. You are now in heaven with Mom, Dad, Brandon and Teri. Until we meet again. I Love you.
