Dear Dad,
I miss you more than words could ever express. My pain lives on deeply within and all my memories are fresh as a flower blooming on a sunshiny spring day. "I'll Never Forget You", You are Forever within my Heart... 💙😇💙

You and your true love has reunited and it’s breaking my heart but I know you both are in a better place .. ❤️

Wonders will never cease how you always managed to be cool, calm, and collected! Miss you!

My dear friend you will truly be missed. You always had a smile on your face. I remember when I was young and it was my birthday and you made sure everyone got their hits, smiling as I write, those was the good old days. You will always be in my heart and I will never forget you until we meet again. My heart goes out to the family, stay strong guys. Love you all

Douglas,
When I think of you and Mari (because I can't think of one of you without the other), my mind goes to the image of Celine Dion and her husband René. Despite the fame, theirs was a marriage full of melody, rhythm, and harmony... just like yours and Mari. Like a soldier, you stuck by, through thick and thin.
I have SO many fond memories of you, brother-in-law. One I will never forget was when Mari announced she was getting married to you. I was SO tickled pink because I was getting a "new" big brother, and that was really special... to me!

My condolences to the family and friends. A few months ago DJ and I and Mr Jackson was on the phone chatting and we all went down memory lane. It was a beautiful thing and I'm glad we had the chance to experience this.

Hey gramps, its deedee. I'll miss you so so so so so so so so so so so much . i cant say it enough. Like i cant believe this is real. you always wanted me to go to college and i promise i will do whatever it takes for me to go to college and do something with my life. I remember the day when angel and Douglas used to play chase me abulo meaning grandpa cause he was the one that always wanted to be around him but he would always be missed now you and Maggie and my Gracie would always see each other in the beautiful afterlife

Hey Popa, it's weird cause your not here, I'm so use to you telling me 'come into my office, let's talk.' you always told me 'if I get knocked down to get up, dust it off, move on'. I do. I would get my feelings hurt, you would listen til I was finished talking then say 'start a new dream make it better then the last one', you would say 'your mother & I do all the things for you all, dont waste ya gotdam money on bullcrap', you always made me feel like nothing in the world could hurt me, well you leaving did, so instead I'm not hurt cause your at peace now. You wanted to be proud of Me, however I was very much Proud of You Dad. You are The Best Dad I Ever had in my 47 yrs of my life with you dad, thank you. Keep talking to me I'm listening to you. I'm going to miss you dad.

Dear Daddy;
yes. 57 and still hold respect and credit when due. You left me again Dad, this time for good. Well; at least for now. I really don't know what to say. We had this conversation the day before i left on our last visit. You told me that that would be the last time i saw you in that state and you were right. But i must say those 10 days were well spent. We had a lot of laughs, we danced and sang. oh what a time we had. I wanna also share the good of you, the one thing i will cherish is the love you shared with others,

Our Dad Douglas was always visiting with family in Puerto Rico, that was the most memorable time of year 2015

To my papa, you mean the world to me, i cherished every moment with you up until the end. My grandfather, my papa, my heart, my angel. You raised us to be some brave and intelligent Adults. I remember riding in the car with you and listening to oldies jamming and we would sneak and get some candy when grandma said I could get any. We used to joke around all the time. When I’d take you to radiation we had fun and joke around the whole time there being silly drinking coffee together. Shoot grandpa member when you would pop us in the head for not having our hairs done. You made sure your girls was looking good. You came to my mom house and I got off work and we sat and ate snacks and you finished my ice cream lol.. I know you are at peace with my Titi Margie and smiling and watching over us. I love you to the moon and back. I love you grandpa 💙

Daddy you will always be that Super Hero for me .I was always remember those moments we shared . Love you to the Moon and Back until we meet again ❤️ Rest In Peace
