I was so sad to hear that Dr. Reyes - Ayala passed away.  He was my physician since I moved to Miami in 2009.  He was always so kind and had such a caring demeanor.  I will miss him.   May he rest in peace in heaven.

I am deeply saddened to hear about Edgardo's passing. He was a special patient for so many years, and I will truly miss our wonderful conversations, his kindness, and the way he always spoke with such love and joy about his family. May his memory be a blessing.

I owe my life to Dr. Reyes-Ayala. He kept talking to me about my elevated PSA and I finally sought testing. Sure enough I had prostate cancer, but it was caught early and I had radiation treatment and I’m now 100% Cancer free because of his care and concern. 

He always shook my hand when I came. I will always remember him as long as I live

I am deeply saddened by the passing of my friend and physician. Aside from being an excellent and caring physician, he was an amazing father to his son and daughter and a wonderful son. 
His family should be so proud of him and his legacy. 
What began as a patient, physician relationship evolved into a kindred friendship. I pray that the Lord keep and console his family. 
May Edgar rest in peace in His Kingdom.

My condolences to the family of Dr Reyes Ayala.  
I just found out today….September 12.  That he passed away. He has been my doctor for over 20 years.  He was my son’s,doctor once he was old enough to be seen by a regular doctor.  He was my Grandmother’s doctor, my Mom’s doctor,   My 2 ex husband’s doctor.  He basically knew my whole family and trials and tribulations.  
Truly will be missed in our life, as he was a very social, friendly, empathetic Doctor who cared about everyone and made everyone feel comfortable and at ease with him.  I trusted him 100% .
May he rest in peace and watch over us from above.

Dear Ed,

Although I didn't know you for long, you were more than my doctor- you were my friend. A visit with you wasn't just that- it was a chat between friends.

this one time- I had just left your office after a visit, and, since I had a blood test to check my vitals (I had high cholesterol back then), I stopped at the hospital cafeteria, and ordered a coffee and a croissant. As soon as I took the first bite, a voice behind me said "that's LITERALLY what you're not supposed to be doing!" I turned back, with the croissant still in my mouth, and he was right there, smiling, with that big smile that always characterized him. We both laughed, and I told him it wouldn't happen again.

I will miss you terribly. 

Especially every time I eat a croissant.

We are in total shock to learn of his passing! Our wonderful Dr. Edgardo Reyes-Ayala MD. He was a very dedicated and understanding  person and it will be difficult to understand how such a good person was taken so soon. He was very comforting to me and my family when my own mom passed away one year ago. Rest in Peace dear “Doc”, you will always be in my heart. ❤️ I love you. We just found out today!

I am shocked and saddened to hear of Dr. Reyes passing at such a young age.. He has been my physician for over 20 years and took care of my Mom up until her passing. Dr. Reyes was so knowledgeable, caring and passionate about his patients. 
I saw him in the office just recently and he followed up with a phone call in July.

My sincerest sympathies to the Reyes-Ayala family on the passing of such a wonderful man!  He has been my doctor for over 20 years!   I'm still in shock over his passing.    In so many ways he was family to me.   He was a doctor to my father until his passing, was still seeing my mother at 97 years old, and also was a doctor to many more family members.   May he rest in peace, and may the Lord have him in His Glory.   I will truly miss him!
