

Fabio was born in Rovereto, Trento, Italy on August 20th, 1933. He always held a special place in his heart for his home country in the shadow of the Dolomites, its language and culture, and a good wine. Fabio was a member of the Alpini, Italy’s elite Alpine military corps. He moved to Mexico in 1964, where he met his wife Gianna. Fabio was an accomplished Industrial Engineer at companies such as Necchi and ITT, and was the founding member of El Club Rotario de Tecamachalco (Rotary Club). In 1972 he was honored as a contributor to the industry by the Centro Fulero Mexicano. In 1979, he moved to Miami, Florida where he continued to work in his field and spent many years of his life teaching others the beauty of the Italian language. In 2015, he was inducted into the Order of the Engineer at the University of Florida where he pledged to uphold devotion to the standards and dignity of the engineering profession. In the last few years, he was an active member of UNUCI a Miami.
Fabio was dearly loved by his family and friends, and is survived by his wife Gianna Pedron, daughters Elizabeth Wojtisek (Joseph Wojtisek), Anna Elena Brana (Jeffrey Brana), granddaughters Tricia Wojtisek, Jenna Wojtisek and Sofia Brana, nieces, cousins, and friends. He was received in heaven by his beloved daughter Gabriella Pedron, mom (Ida Maccani), dad (Remo Pedron), brother (Carlo Pedron), and sister (Lilliana Pedron).
A visitation for Fabio will be held Sunday, July 10, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Caballero Rivero Woodlawn South, 11655 SW 117TH AVE, MIAMI, FL 33186. Funeral services will occur Monday, July 11, 2022 at 12:00 PM at Woodlawn Park South.
