I am so sorry for those of you who are suffering from the sudden loss of Frank.
I offer my thoughts and condolences to all of you.
I want to especially thank all of you who have travelled a long distance to pay your respects to our family. We are so blessed and grateful to have such dear friends in our lives.
A wise man once wrote, “Well done is better than well said.” This quote reminds me of Frank. He was a man of few words, but his actions spoke volumes. Let tell you about some of the amazing things frank accomplished in his life.
He was a unique, “one of a kind” man with a strong will.
He was loyal and dedicated to all of his family and friends.
He was a very hard worker and a excellent businessman.
You could say he lived his life his way, with no compromises.
He was a leader where ever he went. IT WAS FRANK’S WAY OR NO WAY!
He inspired me to follow my career path and motivated me to succeed beyond my wildest dreams
He was a compassionate man and had a heart of gold. He enjoyed helping others.
He was a good Son.
He was a good Brother.
He was a good Father.
He loved Kelly, Kristen, Kathy, Taylor and Elle with all of his heart.
Frank also loved and cared for Marilyn who gave him immense joy.
Frank loved his younger brother, Joe, and in return, Joe thought of Frank as the “Fonz” who could make anything happen.
Frank was very close to his friend, Oscar, and considered Oscar another one of his brothers.
When the first wave of our families came to America from Cuba, Frank was the oldest sibling. Many of us looked up to Frank as a role model on how to not only survive, but to succeed. We all admired his love for cars and looked forward to seeing Frank drive up with the next coolest car in America.
In 1984, at the young age of 34, Frank was the first of all the cousins to embark on his own business and became a life- long successful entrepreneur . Frank loved America and was very patriotic. He would call me on many days while driving to work in his Ferrari with the top down and say, “Is this a country, or what?”
I can say personally that he instilled in me this love of cars which I still cherish to this day.
While working long hours and running a business, Frank made time to raise five beautiful daughters.
Frank loved taking his girls to Disney World, to visit their cousins in Savannah, to going on vacations with them - and last but least, taking them to the movies.
Frank was so proud of each of his daughters and always bragged on their accomplishments.
Frank was a man who was larger than life and lived his live on his own terms.
He taught us all to stand tall on what we believe and not back down or compromise.
What a legacy, what a life.
I invite each of you to keep Frank alive in your hearts.
We were touched by his presence and we are better because of that.
Thank you for being here and for making my brother’s life so meaningful.
