Franklyne Howard Ross

Franklyne was born May 16th, 1930 to Howard and Margaret Ross in Cleveland, Ohio. Howard and Margaret would relocate to Miami, FL from Cleveland and both preceded him in death.

Franklyne would marry Verla May Weingart of Salem, OH on May 1, 1954. Franklyne and Verla decided to relocate to Miami, FL after being wed where they spent most of their married life. She preceded him in death on March 31, 2017, his heart was broken at the loss of his best friend of (62) years.

He spent most of his career at Eastern Airlines where he would start as an apprentice mechanic. He held various roles and grew his career to Director level. He retired in 1993.

He was a lifelong member of the Church of God of the Abrahamic Faith in Cleveland, Ohio and Miami, Florida. He served in various roles and some years as Pastor. His hope was in the resurrection to everlasting life upon Jesus appearance on this earth to establish the everlasting Kingdom promised by God from the creation of mankind. (Daniel 12:1-3)

Franklyne, the oldest of (4) brothers (Wife Verla), David the 2nd (Wife Barbara) of Miami, FL, (David preceding him in death), William the third (Wife Barbara) of Cleveland, OH and Wilson fourth (Wife Betty) of Miami, FL. Daughters: Brenda Roberts of Miami, FL and Lori McCrimmon of Miami, FL; a son, Stephen (Cindy) Ross of Apopka, FL; and grandchildren Brian Roberts, Michael (Laura) Roberts, Tiffany Roberts, Matthew (Pamela) Ross, Debbie (Matthew) Horton, Samantha (Jeremy) Radziewicz and Barnabas McCrimmon; great grandson Jasper Radziewicz.
