Juana B. Mieses

Juana Butron Mieses, age 93, of La Ramada, San Juan de Siguas, Arequipa, Perú, passed away peacefully on the morning of Monday, October 25th, 2021 surrounded by her family. Born on July 12th, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Teodosio Butron and Aurelia Casillas. Juana took on many roles in her life from homemaker, seamstress, cake decorator, caregiver, but the role she devoted her heart and soul to was being a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Her life was always filled with love, care and happiness, always demonstrating empathy and love to everyone she met. She enjoyed gardening, sewing dresses, cooking, and teaching. Juana always demonstrated a belief of always helping others, giving herself completely and emotionally to whatever task she takes on and always being present for her family, friends and community.

She is survived by her four children, Felix Mieses-Butron, Alberto Benjamin Mieses, Ernestina Rosario Mieses and Enrique Martin Mieses; 7 Grandchildren, Jasmin Mieses, Yanci Ainnee Gonzalez (Mieses), Jeanette Eliza Mieses, Rubby Mieses, Roberto Martin Mieses-Robleto, Yenia Thalia Ledezma (Trunzo), and Jennie Anette Mieses; 7 Great Grandchildren, Isabella Gonzalez, Sophia Gonzalez, Alina Gonzalez, Lukas Gonzalez, Ariana Ledezma, Osiris Ledezma and Logan Stan-Lee Chavarria.

The visitation will be held Sunday, October 31, 2021 at 6:00 PM at Caballero Rivero Westchester, 8200 BIRD RD, MIAMI, FL 33155.

The funeral mass will occur Monday, November 1, 2021 at 11:00 AM at St Dominic Catholic Church, 5909 NW 7 St, Miami, Florida 33126.

The committal service will occur Monday, November 1, 2021 at 12:30 PM at Caballero Rivero Dade South, 14200 SW 117th Ave, Miami, Florida 33186.
