

Linda B. Rabin, of Pinecrest, FL passed away peacefully on January 16, 2024. Linda was born on February 7, 1948 in Milton, MA before moving to Haverhill, MA. From there she went on to University of Pittsburgh and then to the University of Massachusetts where she graduated with a degree in Microbiology. In the early 80’s, she and her daughters moved to Maryland where she worked as an expert witness in food poisoning trials for the National Food Processors Association. A job with Burger King Corporate in their “food lab” brought her and the girls to South Florida a few years later where she settled down. Later in her career she went to work for various pharmaceutical companies as a drug rep, until she retired from Pfizer. In the late 80’s she met the love of her life, Mickey. They were together for 17 years before they finally decided to tie the knot on June 18, 2005. Linda loved traveling with Mickey to the Keys and Amelia Island, playing mahjong with her friends, her yearly spa trips with her daughters, and anything having to do with her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband, Louis “Mickey” Rabin, her two daughters, Liz Kruse (Joe) and Missie Smith (Brian), step-son Mike Rabin (Liz), grand children Leah Fitzmaurice (Braydn), R.Taylor Kruse, Madsen Smith, Colby Smith, Melissa Trevillian (Tyler), Jeffrey Rabin (Emily) and great grandson, Jackson Trevillian. A graveside service will be held on Monday, January 22, 2024 at 2:30pm at Caballero Rivero Woodlawn Park South
