It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Lucas Michael, who left this world far too soon on March 28, 2025. Though his time with us was brief, Lucas touched the hearts of everyone that knew him with his kindness, laughter, and boundless spirit.
Born on April 12, 2009, in Miami, Florida, Lucas brought immense joy to his family and friends. Whether it was through his infectious smile, or his incredible ability to brighten even the darkest of days, Lucas made a lasting impact on those around him.
He had a passion for music, water polo, and was an avid reader. Lucas approached life with curiosity and determination, always striving to make the world a better place in his own unique way.
Lucas is survived by his mother Jeanette Garcia-Osuna (Joe Tamer), by his father Michael Osuna (Jesenia), by his siblings Kalia and Nash Osuna, by his grandparents Melly Samuels (Orlando Riera) and Roy Garcia (Mari), by his great grandmother Carmela Pardo Samuels, by his aunts Linnette Rousseau (Luis), Ann Samuels (Simon Abelson), Cynthia Muiña (Pete) and cousins Nicholas Rousseau, Ana Cristina Coto, William Michael, Mikela, Gaby, Pedro, Christian and Madrick Muiña, who will forever cherish the beautiful memories they shared. Though our hearts are heavy with grief, we take comfort in knowing that Lucas’ love and light will remain with us always.
A mass of resurrection will be held on April 9, 2025, at 4PM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Parish at 11691 NW 25th Street, Doral, FL 33172. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Belen Jesuit Preparatory School in his honor.
Rest in peace, dear Lucas. You will always be loved, always be missed, and never be forgotten.
