

Nora Alba Cervera, age 94, of Miami, FL, passed away peacefully on December 13, 2025, at 8:00 p.m. She was born in San German, Oriente, Cuba in 1931 to Juan Massip and Flor Silva de Massip. Nora studied piano and education, later becoming kindergarten teacher.
Nora was a truly special woman, classy, graceful, and strong in spirit. She lived a long and meaningful life, leaving behind a legacy of love, dignity, and devotion to her family. Her warmth, wisdom, and quiet strength touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.
She was a devoted mother to her four children: Lourdes Cervera Horton (Richard M. Horton), Maria del Carmen Cervera (Gary D. Gray), Juan Cervera (Silvia Cervera), and Miguel Cervera, who were the pride and joy of her life. Nora was also a cherished grandmother to Michael Monte, Christina Juncadella, Michelle Lopez, Adam Cervera, John Cervera, Ashley Cervera, Alex Cervera, Samantha Cervera, and a beloved great-grandmother to nine great-grandchildren, each of whom brought her immense happiness.
She will be remembered for her grace, her strength, and the deep love she carried for her family. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who loved her.
A Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 21st at 5:30pm-10:00pm at Caballero Rivero Woodlawn South, 11655 SW 117th Ave, Miami, FL 33186
Burial is Monday, December 22nd at 11:00 am at Miami Memorial Park Cemetery, 6200 SW 77th Ave, Miami, Florida 33143
