Sabine Honore, born September 28, 1973, passed away on January 5, 2026, at the age of 52. A lifelong lover of learning and language, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology from Andrews University, served children as a speech pathologist with the Dade County School Board, and later found her calling in editorial work at the Inter-American Division Publishing Association, where she served faithfully until her passing.
A woman of deep faith and quiet leadership, Sabine devoted more than 35 years to the Miami Temple Seventh-day Adventist Church, teaching Early Teen Sabbath School and co-founding the church’s drama ministry. She is survived by her parents, Marie-Lise and Elie Honore; her brother, Ely Stephane Honore; and a wide circle of family, friends, and a global church community who will remember her for her kindness, dedication, and the love she poured into every life she touched.
A Final Farewell will be held on January 11, 2026, from 9:00 am to 10:30 am at the Miami Temple Seventh-day Adventist Church, located at 9175 SW 44th St, Miami, FL, 33165, US.
Following this, a Celebration of Life Ceremony will take place at the same venue from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm.
The Committal Service is scheduled for January 11, 2026, from 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm at Caballero Rivero Dade South, 14200 SW 117th Ave, Miami, FL, 33186, US.
