Toribia Farfan

It is with deep sorrow and love that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Toribia Farfan, who left us peacefully on May 26th, 2025, at the age of 90.

Born in Chiclayo, Peru, Toribia was a remarkable woman whose warmth, kindness, and unwavering strength shaped the lives of everyone who knew her. She devoted her life to her family, raising three daughters with compassion, wisdom, and boundless love. Her nurturing spirit was the heart of our home and the foundation of our family.

Toribia had a quiet grace and a generous soul. Whether through a warm meal, a listening ear, or a gentle word of encouragement, she made others feel cared for and seen. Her laughter, stories, and presence filled our lives with comfort and joy.

She is survived by her children: Isabel Saldana, Gina Jasman, Marlene Bachrach; and grandchildren: Kally Saldana, Brian Saldana, Alex Jasman, Myles Bachrach, and Michael Jasman, as well as many extended family members and dear friends. Though we mourn her loss, we celebrate the legacy of love and strength she leaves behind.

A memorial service – Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, June 8th, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. All who knew and loved Toribia are welcome to attend and share in the remembrance of her beautiful life.

She will be missed more than words can express, but her love will live on in each of us forever.

Con profundo pesar y amor anunciamos el fallecimiento de nuestra querida madre, Toribia Farfán, quien nos dejó en paz el 26 de mayo de 2025, a la edad de 90 años.

Nacida en Chiclayo, Perú, Toribia fue una mujer extraordinaria cuya calidez, bondad y fortaleza inquebrantable moldearon la vida de quienes la conocieron.

Dedicó su vida a su familia, criando a sus tres hijas con compasión, sabiduría y amor infinito. Su espíritu protector fue el corazón de nuestro hogar y el cimiento de nuestra familia.

Toribia poseía una gracia serena y un alma generosa. Ya fuera con una comida caliente, un oído atento o una palabra de aliento, hacía que los demás se sintieran queridos y apreciados. Su risa, sus historias y su presencia llenaron nuestras vidas de consuelo y alegría.

Le sobreviven sus hijas: Isabel Saldana, Gina Jasman y Marlene Bachrach; y sus nietos: Kally Saldana, Brian Saldana, Alex Jasman, Myles Bachrach y Michael Jasman, así como numerosos familiares y queridos amigos. Aunque lamentamos su pérdida, celebramos el legado de amor y fortaleza que nos deja.

El servicio conmemorativo de la Celebración de la Vida se celebrará el domingo 8 de junio de 2025 a la 1:00 p. m. Todos los que conocieron y amaron a Toribia están invitados a asistir y compartir el recuerdo de su hermosa vida.

La extrañaremos más de lo que las palabras pueden expresar, pero su amor vivirá en cada uno de nosotros para siempre.
