Victor Americo Aragon

Born in Cusco, Peru on March 10, 1942, Victor was not only a man of great skill but also one of remarkable intellect. His passion for building and improving the world around him was matched by his sharp mind and innovative thinking. As a skilled civil engineer, he played a pivotal role in the development and expansion of the city of Lima, Peru, contributing his expertise to the growth of a vibrant community. His sharp intellect and problem-solving abilities were central to many projects, and he earned the respect of colleagues and peers alike for his technical acumen.

However, it was his role as a father and grandfather that truly defined his legacy. Victor’s greatest accomplishment was raising his six children and being a guiding, loving presence in the lives of his seven grandchildren. His devotion to his family was unwavering, and his love was a constant source of strength for all who knew him. Thank you, Papi, for your guidance and for everything you did for us.

Victor was deeply involved in his Catholic faith, finding purpose and fulfillment in his service to God and his community. As a dedicated member of Los Hermanos de Emmaus, he spent countless hours in prayer, fellowship, and outreach, sharing his faith with others and offering a helping hand wherever it was needed. His spirituality was the foundation upon which his life was built, and he carried it with grace and humility until his final days.

Victor is survived by his six beloved children: Mariella, Silvia, Guisela, Victor, Ninoska, and Darinka, and his seven grandchildren: Mayra, Fiorella, Fabian, Gonzalo, Marcelo, Sebastian, and Isabella. He will also be deeply missed by his great-grandchildren and extended family, friends, and the many lives he touched through his work and his service to others.

Though Victor is no longer with us, his legacy of faith, love, intellect, and dedication to family will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know him. He will be remembered as a man of integrity, compassion, and unwavering commitment to the people he loved.

Rest in peace, Papi. You will forever be missed and your memory will always be in our hearts.

Una Vida de Servicio y Devoción

Nacido en Cusco, Perú, el 10 de marzo de 1942, Victor no solo fue un hombre de gran habilidad, sino también de una inteligencia excepcional. Su pasión por construir y mejorar el mundo que lo rodeaba iba de la mano con su mente aguda y su pensamiento innovador. Como ingeniero civil, jugó un papel fundamental en el desarrollo y expansión de la ciudad de Lima, Perú, contribuyendo con su experiencia al crecimiento de una comunidad vibrante. Su aguda inteligencia y habilidades para resolver problemas fueron clave en muchos proyectos, y se ganó el respeto de colegas y compañeros por su destreza técnica.

Sin embargo, fue su rol como padre y abuelo lo que verdaderamente definió su legado. El mayor logro de Victor fue criar a sus seis hijos y ser una presencia guía y amorosa en las vidas de sus siete nietos. Su devoción a su familia fue inquebrantable, y su amor fue una fuente constante de fuerza para todos los que lo conocieron. Gracias, papi, por tu orientación y por todo lo que hiciste por nosotros.

Victor estuvo profundamente involucrado en su fe católica, encontrando propósito y plenitud en su servicio a Dios y a su comunidad. Como miembro dedicado de Los Hermanos de Emaús, dedicó innumerables horas a la oración, la comunión y la ayuda a los demás, compartiendo su fe y tendiendo una mano amiga cuando se necesitaba. Su espiritualidad fue la base sobre la que construyó su vida, y la llevó con gracia y humildad hasta sus últimos días.

Victor es sobrevivido por sus seis queridos hijos: Mariella, Silvia, Guisela, Victor, Ninoska y Darinka, y sus siete nietos: Mayra, Fiorella, Fabián, Gonzalo, Marcelo, Sebastián e Isabella. También será profundamente extrañado por sus bisnietos, familia extendida, amigos y todas las vidas que tocó a través de su trabajo y servicio a los demás.

Aunque Victor ya no está con nosotros, su legado de fe, amor, inteligencia y dedicación a la familia vivirá en los corazones de todos los que tuvimos la bendición de conocerlo. Será recordado como un gran padre y un hombre de integridad, compasión y un compromiso inquebrantable con las personas que amaba.
