On Tuesday, October 26, 2021, Winston Alfred Chen, loving husband and father of six children, passed away at age 83.

Winston was born on January 30, 1938 in Westmoreland, Jamaica to Arthur Chen-Tom and Nelsey Ambersley. Winston met his genie, Blanca in 2001 and on June 12, 2002 , he married Blanca. Between them they had six children, three sons, Winson, Wayne and Eleazar, and three daughters, Angela, Lady Ruth and Victoria. Between them, Winston and Blanca had 23 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren

Winston had a passion for horse racing, playing dominoes and a good game of poker. He was known for his quick wit, his infectious smile, his kind and compassionate spirit and his kind heart. His favorite foods were Curry Goat, Rice & Peas, Fried Fish and Peas Soup, which he enjoyed eating.

Winston was preceded in death by his father, Arthur, his mother, Nelsey and his brother, David. He is survived by his wife Blanca, his six children, 23 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren, his sisters, Novlette, Winsome and Hyacinth, his brothers Victor, Winston and Howard, and a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews.
