He was preceded in death by his wife, Kathy Hamm; and his father, Everett Hamm. David was born on May 12, 1959 in Akron, Ohio and was a 1978 graduate of Miamisburg High School. He retired from General Motors and was a member of the Moose Lodge #1645 in Miamisburg.
David was under the care of Crossroads Hospice who gave him wonderful care. There will be a private funeral service at GEBHART-SCHMIDT-PARRAMORE Funeral Home, Miamisburg with Pastor Jeremiah Lewis officiating. Burial will take place at Hillgrove Cemetery, Miamisburg.
