David Dwight Walter

Age 53 of Miamisburg passed away Thursday, February 26, 2015 at Sycamore Hospital, Miamisburg. He was born November 15, 1961 in Dayton, OH to Henry Talvan and Mona Marie (Winkle) Walter. David was preceded death by his father in 1999 and beloved girlfriend, Monica Brown. He is survived by his mother, Mona, longtime resident of Dayton; siblings, Bruce A. (Janie) Walter of Eaton and Susan M. (Franklin) Swayne of Colorado Springs, CO; nephews, James Walter, William (Nikki) Walter and Ethan Swayne; great niece and nephew, Chloe and Noah; an aunt, Florence Harrington of Dayton and dear friends, Wade and Frances Riggs as well as his extended family and close friends at Mound Printing. David attended Northmont High School and spent the majority of his working career with Mound Printing as a valued employee for 20 years. David was a sports and NASCAR enthusiast and enjoyed many close friendships. Family will receive friends and loved ones from 5:00 – 7:00 PM Monday, March 2, 2015 at Gebhart-Schmidt-Parramore Funeral Home, Miamisburg. A memorial service will follow at 7:00 PM also at the funeral home and officiated by Pastor Michael Gray.
