Diane Francis Heis

HEIS, Diane Francis, age 68 of Russells Point and formerly of Miamisburg, passed away during her rehabilitation for chronic illness at Sycamore Glen Health Center, Miamisburg early Sunday morning, July 12, 2015. She was born September 27, 1946 in Coaldale, PA to the late Francis Albert and Mildred Almeda (Welch) Bresette but grew up in Paso Robles, CA. In addition to her parents, Diane was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Robert Raymond Heis in May 2012; brothers, Patrick Allen and Guy Thomas Bresette and a sister-in-law, Linda Rae Pelkey-Warrick. Diane is survived by her daughter, Tresena “Tracey” Marie and son-in-law, John Eric Hail of Russell’s Point; her sister, Linda Faye Johnson of Miamisburg; brother, Daniel Lynn Bresette of Paso Robles, CA; sisters-in-law, Karen Louise Petrey-Hasty and Deborah Ann Phelps-Mock; puppies, Frankie and Gladyss and kitties, Bandit and Dweezel as well as numerous nieces and nephews, especially Ashley Nicole Scott. Diane was a 1967 graduate of Miamisburg High School and dedicated over 20 years of her life to Wal-Mart Corporation in their electronics department. Diane was a devoted wife and mother whose main goal in life was to see her family and friends were happy and she was always ready with a smile or a joke to make them laugh. She adored butterflies, rainbows, the ocean and going cruisin’ in her rag-top Mustang. Family will receive friends and loved ones during visitation from 4:00 – 6:00 PM Sunday, July 19, 2015 at Gebhart-Schmidt-Parramore Funeral Home, Miamisburg. Funeral services will immediately follow at 6:00 PM Sunday also at the funeral home and officiated by her nephew, Greg Heis. Hillgrove Cemetery, Miamisburg will serve as Diane’s final resting place and a butterfly release will be performed in her memory.
