Harold Irvin Irvin Kellis

Age 78 of Miamisburg, passed away on Wednesday, August 24, 2011 at his residence. He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 54 years, Artis I. Kellis; parents, John Harold and Dorothy Kellis; and a brother, Bill Kellis. Irvin is survived by his 2 sons, Dan Kellis of Miamisburg, Dale (Lisa) Kellis of Troy; grandchildren, Clinton, Lindsey (Joe), Dustin; a sister, Joann Day; and a brother, Herschel (Anna Lou) Kellis of Muskingum, Mi. He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1952-1956 and was a member of the Miamisburg Masonic Lodge and the Scottish Rite. Irvin has been an independent truck driver for over 30 years, worked as head of the street department with Sugarcreek Twp, and been a long time member of the Miamisburg First Church of God. Friends and family may visit from 2-5:00pm on Sunday, August 28, at the Gebhart-Schmidt-Parramore Funeral Home, 508 E. Linden Ave., Miamisburg, Ohio 45342 followed by a Masonic service at 5:00 pm. Funeral service 11:00 am on Monday, August 29 at Miamisburg First Church of God, 446 N. Heincke Rd. Miamisburg. Interment following at Hillgrove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society, in memory of Irvin.
