Jack Ramey

RAMEY, A. Jack, 83, a lifelong resident of Miamisburg, passed away on Friday, March 2, 2018. He was born on September 9, 1934 in Dayton, OH to the late Alford and Ruth (Harp) Ramey. Jack will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 59 years, Beverly; daughter, Leslie (Chris) Chance; son, A. Jack (Lisa) Ramey; grandchildren, Amber (BJ) Kelso, Alyssa (Ben) Hartley, Jedidiah (Sarah) Chance, Abbey (Tyler) Hendershott, Kelsey Chance, Hunter Ramey, and Taylor Ramey; great-grandchildren, Shelby, Andrew, Emma, Christopher, and Ava. Jack proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. He was a member of the VFW and American Legion. Jack was a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather who will be forever and dearly missed by his family and closest friends. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday in the GEBHART-SCHMIDT- PARRAMORE FUNERAL HOME, where funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. with Pastor Stu Rammes officiating.
