

Age 76, resident of Miamisburg, died at her residence surrounded by her children on the Feast Day of St. Vincent De Paul, Friday September 27, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy J. Marsh; her parents Arthur and Veronica Christensen; sisters Patricia Christensen and Joan Condon. She is survived by her 5 children, Leslie Marsh, Monty Marsh and wife Sharon, Scott Marsh and wife Debbie, Betsy Blankenship and husband Ed and Susie Budzik and husband Matt; 10 grandchildren, Sarah, Leslie, Andrew, Erin and Bryan Marsh; Taylor, Allison and Emily Blankenship; Maggie and Molly Budzik and great grandchild, Noah Weiser; sister Arlene Bonnesen, Teresa Harris, Catherine Welchel, Christine Collie, Mary Fuller and brothers William Christensen, Paul Christensen, Phillip Christensen, Michael Christensen, Terry Christensen and Carl Christensen. She was born on October 19, 1936 in Fort Dodge, Iowa and graduated from Corpus Christi High School in Fort Dodge. She graduated from St. Elizabeth School of Nursing and worked as a registered nurse at St. Elizabeth Hospital as well as Hospice of Kansas City, Kansas and Rogers, Arkansas. Upon her return to Dayton, she worked at the Digestive Endoscopy Center and retired in 2009. She was involved in Our Lady of Good Hope Church ministries and the Society of St Vincent De Paul. Mass of Christian Burial will be at Our Lady of Good Hope Church located at 6 South Third St., Miamisburg, on Tuesday, October 1, 2013 at 10:30a.m. Father Tom Nevels, celebrant. Interment Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. on Monday, September 30th, at Gebhart-Schmidt-Parramore Funeral Home, located at 508 E Linden Avenue, Miamisburg.
