Teresa Ann Gabbard Price

Age 58 of West Carrollton, passed away Saturday, November 2, 2013 at Southview Medical Center, Dayton. She was born June 5, 1955 in Dayton to Jackie Gabbard of South Carolina and the late Judith Ann Price. In addition to her mother, Teresa was preceded in death by a son, Charles Branch, Jr. and an aunt, Betty Tirey. She is survived by her children, Zack [Misty] Branch, Shea Dylan Branch and Melissa Bette Codi Jade [Kevin Avila] Price, all of West Carrollton; grandchildren, Cheyenna, Carly Rose, Chad Dakota, Ethan, Breianna, Cassidy Raye, Zachary and Dylan; brothers, Tim [Donna} Gabbard of Gratis and Tom [Mary Beth] Gabbard of South Carolina; aunt, Ruby Golden of Dayton; uncle, Clifford Tirey of Dayton; beloved dogs, Izzy Marie, Moo and Charlie Ann; a special friend, William Lallemand of West Carrollton as well as many other extended family and friends that she dearly loved. Teresa attended Miamisburg High School and completed her HVAC certification at Rets Tech. She devoted her life to being a homemaker and mother. Teresa was devoted to the well-being of all children, especially the under privileged and disabled. She made a career out of advocating for their human rights. She was known as the “neighborhood mom” and was centered by her strong Christian faith. Teresa enjoyed antiques, caring for others, painting and writing. A memorial service will begin 2:00 PM Saturday, November 9, 2013 at Gebhart-Schmidt-Parramore Funeral Home, Miamisburg followed by a memorial reception until 5:00 PM also at the funeral home.
