

Dearth, Theresa J. “Terri”, 56, of Miamisburg, Ohio, left her family and friends on Thursday, December 18, 2014, to join her mother in the arms of the Lord after a decades’ long, committed effort to battle multiple sclerosis. Terri is survived by the love of her life and husband, Tom Dearth, as well as her children, Jocelyn Hodson of Bellbrook, Adrienne Greth (Shawn) of Austin, TX and Ross Dearth (Elizabeth) of Springboro. She is also survived by her six ‘little ones’, grandchildren, Madelynne, Kennedy, Lily, Eli, Jackson and Mason; brother, Gary Wagner (Patty) of Eaton and sister, Sherry (Alan) Cox Richmond, IN as well as many extended family members and friends. Terri was preceded in death by her parents, Gerald and Doris Wagner. Terri attended Eaton High School and studied marketing at Miami University. She held an advertising sales executive position at Dayton Daily News starting in 1983 and continued to build on her passion for print media, taking over as publisher of the Middletown Journal in 1997. Terri was also a publisher in Kansas and Indiana, handling more than 23 products throughout career as publisher. Terri’s passion, energy and drive were instantly felt by anyone around her, both in her professional and personal life. A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, December 21, 2014 from 1:00 – 2:30 pm at Gebhart-Schmidt-Parramore Funeral Home, Miamisburg and followed by a memorial service at 2:30 pm also at the funeral home that will be presented by her loving family. The family extends sincere gratitude to all those who have provided endless love and support over the years.
