

He was born August 10, 1962 in Kettering, Ohio. Todd was a 1980 graduate of Miamisburg High School. Todd then went on to earn his bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton and his M.B.A. from Wright State University. Over the years, Todd worked for C.H. Dean, Robert Half, and Spherion. He was a corporate head hunter, placing corporate financial employees. Todd currently served as the CEO of Robinson Salt Supply Inc., a role that he embraced for the last 14 years. On the side, Todd spent time working in property/real estate management. This included land development, condos, and commercial real estate. Todd served as the manager of Brookstone Home Owners Association. He enjoyed the arts, antiquing, all kinds of music and dancing. Todd was a very generous man that loved life and loved people. He had a love for the outdoors and spent his final days walking and enjoying Five Rivers MetroParks.
Todd is survived by his parents, J.R. & Stella (Cooper) Robinson; partner, Nick El-assaad; sister, Teri (Larry) Philhower; brother, Toby Shawn Robinson; nephew, Elijah Hamby; uncles, O.D. (Shirley) Robinson and Claude Robinson; aunts, Wilma (J.C.) Garrett, Barb (Dale) McKee, and Modina Munguia; as well as numerous other extended family and a host of friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Rollie & Josie Robinson and Thomas & Alice Cooper.
A funeral service will be held at 12 PM on Friday, April 7, 2017 at GEBHART-SCHMIDT-PARRAMORE Funeral Home, Miamisburg with Pastor Roy Maxwell officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service starting at 9 AM. Burial will be held at Miami Valley Memory Gardens, Centerville.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Five Rivers MetroParks Foundation, Memo: In Memory of Todd Robinson, 409 E. Monument Ave., 3rd Floor, Dayton, OH 45402. Any contributions will be used to purchase a tree or a bench that will be placed within one of the metroparks.
