HURT, Virginia L., age 93 of Miamisburg passed away on Friday, February 11, 2022. She was born on July 28, 1928 in Caskey Fork, Morgan County, Kentucky to the late Paris and Cora Stamper. She married Edgar Hurt on October 30, 1948, who preceded her in death.
Virginia is survived by her sister, Evelyn Motley; sons, Eddie (Mary) Hurt, Rick (Judy) Hurt and Jeff (Sheri) Hurt, all of Miamisburg, OH. She has 7 Grandchildren and 13 Great Grandchildren. Virginia worked at Mound Printing for a time, then at Miamisburg City Schools in food service until retirement. She attended Franklin First Church of God and more recently the Moraine City First Church of God.
Virginia’s family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 16, 2022 from 10:00 am to 11:30 am at the Moraine 1st Church of God, 5867 N. Springboro Pike, Dayton, OH. A Funeral Service will follow at 11:30 am with Pastor Donald Curtis officiating. Burial will take place at Woodhill Cemetery in Franklin.
