

LIPINSKI, Walter J., age 59 of Miamisburg and formerly of Youngstown, was granted peace Saturday, September 20, 2014 at his residence after a long and complicated illness. Walter was born October 14, 1954 in Youngstown, Ohio to the late Walter (1998) and Lillian (Grizdale) Lipinski (1989). In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Jeanne Moran in 2013. Walter is survived by his loving wife of 34 years and devoted caregiver, Meredythe A. "Maggie" (Moran) Lipinski; his adoring children, Lindsey Marie (Charles Barrett and his son, Brack) Lipinski, Walter James Lipinski and William Scott (Brittani Sargent) Lipinski all of Miamisburg; his sisters, Donna (Lynn) Bartholomew of Columbiana, OH, Janet (Jeffrey) Kahn of Austin, TX and Helena Bacak of Concord, NC; father-in-law, William Moran of Youngstown; siblings-in-law, Mike (Cheryl) Moran and Muffin (Dick) Marlowe both of Youngstown and Mark Moran and Matthew (Cynde) Moran both of Florida as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends. Walter was a 1973 graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School in Youngstown, OH and also carried his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification. Walter worked many years in the cold drawn steel industry beginning his career at Fitzsimons Steel Mill in Youngstown, OH, then Rampco, a branch of Fitzsimons in Buffalo, NY and finally with the personal organization and start-up of New Dimensions Metal Corp of Dayton. Walter finished his career as a supervisor with GM-Delphi and Tristate Machine Services. He was a member of Our Lady of Good Hope Church, Polish National Alliance and volunteered for the Miami Valley Restaurant Association. The family expresses their most sincere appreciation for Miami Valley Hospital Wound Care, Fresenius Dialysis and caregiver, Anda Montana. Family will receive friends from 5:00-8:00 PM Wednesday, September 24, 2014 and 9:30-10:30 AM Thursday, September 25, 2014 at Gebhart-Schmidt-Parramore Funeral Home, Miamisburg. Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled for 11:00 AM Thursday at Our Lady of Good Hope Church, Miamisburg celebrated by Father Tom Nevels. Burial will follow at Hillgrove Cemetery, Miamisburg.
