Wilma Elizabeth Hansen

Born in Miami Township, Montgomery County, Miamisburg, Ohio on September 16, 1917 to the late Daniel Webster and Grace May (Manning) Heitz. She was a homemaker, sales clerk, pianist, and organist, sang in the Miamisburg Community Chorus for 25 years and was a volunteer at Sycamore Hospital. She was a member of Salem Evangelical Lutheran Church in Ellerton, Miamisburg, Ohio. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Grover Gilbert Sipe and husband, George Hansen; grandson, Nicholas Elijah Sparks and sisters, Mildred (Heitz) Aughinbaugh and Ethel (Heitz) Zimmerman. She is survived by daughters, Carolyn Ann Sipe (Floyd) Beal and Betti-jane (Sipe) Sparks; five grandsons, Alan Douglas (Erin) Beal, David Michael (Catherine) Beal, Eric Matthew Beal, Aaron Jay (Emily) Sparks and Nathaniel Alan (Sarah) Sparks; nine great-grandchildren, Sarah Elizabeth, Melissa Grace, Andrew David, Molly Margaret, Erin Catherine, Benjamin Michael, Morgan Tyler, and Ryen Ashley Beal and Tucker James Sparks; brother, Carl Heitz of Richmond, Indiana; close friends, Donna Hottle Van Buren, Marilyn Howerton and Ed App and several nieces and nephews. Friends and family may visit from 12-1pm on Tuesday, November 3 at Gebhart-Schmidt-Parramore Funeral Home. A funeral service will begin at 1:00 pm with Rev. Jarl Andeer officiating.
