Cornelia is the daughter of the late Nicholas Tolci and Maria Natea Tolci; beloved wife of 66 years to Raymond; loving mother of Diana Fratila (Marvin Harris) and Stephanie (John) McNeely; cherished grandmother of Owen McNeely and Elliott McNeely; dear sister of the late Virgil "Slim" Tolci (Janet) and Eleanor Carstea (Dumitru "Dan"); adored aunt of many.
A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, November 3, 2021, at 10AM at St. Mary's Romanian Orthodox Cathedral, 3256 Warren Rd., Cleveland, where the family will receive friends from 9AM until the time of service. Interment at Sunset Memorial Park will be private for the family. Her husband Raymond will not be able to attend due to his continued hospitalization but will be there in spirit.
Donations in her memory may be made to St. Mary's Romanian Orthodox Cathedral.
