Devoted grandfather of Donnie Bailey, Jamie Higgins, Jacob Bailey, Tiffany Rhein and Randi Higgins; great grandfather of Jayden Bailey. Loving son of the late William and Azalee Bailey. Dear brother of Terry Bailey (Kathy), Eula Bailey and preceded in death by his brothers; William L. Bailey, Larry D. Bailey and David R. Bailey. Uncle, cousin and friend of many.
