JOSEPH T. KRAMER, SR., age 63. Beloved husband of 28 years to Veronica Kramer (nee Chaho). Loving father of Julie McGuire (Dave Munson) and Joseph T. Kramer, JR. Cherished grandfather of Isaac and Olivia McGuire. Dear brother of Kathy Tiffe (Armand), Mary Winne (Dan), the late Albert Kramer, Pat Kramer (Kim), Anne Kramer, and John Kramer. Dearest uncle, cousin and friend of many.
I met Joe 28 years ago when I first moved to Cleveland, and from that moment on, my life was forever changed. Joe wasn't just my best friend, he was my rock, my soulmate, my everything. He opened my eyes to a whole new world being here in the US. He was patient and taught me how to broaden my language skills, he took me on fun adventures, and he showed me the true meaning of unconditional love and happiness.
Christmas was his favorite time of the year, and I will never forget the joy he brought into our home as he picked out our real tree, as well as all the ornaments. He would play music that made our hearts soar, he loved being able to play the guitar and he taught himself how to trade in the stock market. We shared 28 incredible years filled with deep love, unwavering support, and a partnership that was nothing short of out of this world. Joe gave me the gift of feeling truly understood, cherished, and loved beyond measure. And to top it all off, he blessed me with the two most incredible children a mother could ask for!
Even in the darkest moments of my life, Joe was always there to calm my fears, soothe my worries, and guide me towards the light. His dedication to our children knew no bounds, and I see his spirit shining brightly in our kids Julie and Joey and in our grandkids Isaac and Olivia every day.
Our time together may have been cut short, but I am grateful for every single moment we shared. Despite the long years of his chronic pain and suffering, I thought he would continue to be strong and survive longer by having the proper palliative care, even if it was from outside of the US. I truly believe he will still with us, and by my side. Although, I wasn't expecting the pain of losing him so suddenly, I wouldn't change a thing because being Joe Kramer’s wife and co-parent was a privilege beyond words. His memory will always live on in the stories we share, the love we give, and the strength we find in each other.
As we say our final goodbyes, I know that we are not truly saying farewell to Joe. His spirit, his love, and his generosity will continue to live on in all of us. The world may never be the same without him, but it is undeniably better for having known and loved him. Rest in peace, my beloved husband and father, you will forever be in our hearts!
In lieu of flowers, Joseph would like donations to be made to help support his family.
A Funeral Service will be held on Friday July 12, 2024, at 6 PM in the funeral home. The family will receive friends from 4 PM - 6 PM at the A. RIPEPI AND SONS FUNERAL HOME, 18149 BAGLEY ROAD, MIDDLEBURG HTS., OHIO 44130.
