Juanita Muscarella

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Juanita, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend who left us on April 4, 2025.

Juanita was born on June 2, 1942 in Cleveland, Ohio. She was one of nine siblings who she loved dearly. She volunteered in the PTA and worked in the Euclid School system for over 20 years. She loved sewing, cooking and baking. She was well-known for her spaghetti sauce, homemade pies at Thanksgiving and her trays of cookies at Christmas. She loved hosting family Christmas parties and July 4th cookouts. She brought laughter to all who knew her and was always willing to help other.

Most of all, Juanita cherished spending time and making lasting memories with family. She was the beloved mother of Mary Klein (Chris), Kathy Muscarella-Coury (Phil) and the late Joseph Muscarella. Cherished grandmother of Sarah Ice ( Connor), Emily Schulz, Dominic Coury and Philip Coury. Dear sister to Patricia Light, Wayne Phillips, Paul Phillips, David Phillips, Ralph Phillips and the late Earl Phillips, George Phillips and Bette Wilson. Dear Aunt and Friend of many.

Her love was unconditional and she devoted her life to her children and grandchildren. She will forever remain in our hearts. Our heartfelt thanks goes out to the kind and caring staff at Generations Senior Living in Berea and Cypress Hospice.

Funeral services will be held on Friday April 11,2025 at 10:00 AM in the funeral home. Internment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Thursday 4 - 7PM at the A.RIPEPI AND SONS FUNERAL HOME, 18149 BAGLEY ROAD, MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS , OH ( WEST OF I-71).
